Clint Jeffery's most useful reply seems not to have gatewayed to the
newsgroup, so I thought I'd post it here:
QueryPointer() returns current cursor position in absolute coordinates
if called with no argument. It can be used to open a window right where
the mouse is. I am not aware of a way to obtain the focus window
information using the Icon graphics facilities.
